Follow My Book Blog Friday with "Alison Can Read" #5



The question of the week is.... (drum roll please....)

Question: In light of 11.11.11 and Veteran's Day tell us about your favorite soldier and how he or she is saving the world. Fictional or real life.

I don't just have one favorite soldier, I have many. When I was getting ready to graduate High School I had tons of friends who decided to go into the service, in various branches. In particular I would like to mention Danny (my bestest best best friend's husband) who serves in the Air Force, Stephanie (a long time friend) who also serves in the Air Force, Dave who serves in the Air Force, Jeremy who serves in the Army, Shelly who serves in the Army, Josh who served in the Air Force, Gary who serves in the Army, Jason who served in the Marine Corps, and many more whom I cannot think of right now, but whom should not be forgotten or appreciated.

    I think it is great that you know so many. Even though I do not know a lot of them they are all special to me for saving out country! I hope all of those soldiers are alive and well.
