Monday, February 6th

- Done = 32 minutes jog non stop = 2.65 miles
Tuesday, February 7th
- Scheduled = 35 min jog
- Done = Nothing
Wednesday, February 8th
- Scheduled = 35 min jog
- Done = 31:30 minutes jog non stop = 2.52 miles
Thursday, February 9th
- Scheduled = 60 min cross training activity of my choice
- Done = Spin class - 8.02 miles in 45:30
Friday, February 10th
- Scheduled = 35 min jog
- Done = Nothing
Saturday, February 11th
- Scheduled = 60 min cross training activity of my choice
- Done = Jogged for 42 minutes and did 3.35 miles
Sunday, February 12th
- Scheduled = 40 min long jog
- Done = Rest
Total miles jogged = 8.52 miles
Total miles biked = 8.02 miles
