Half Marathon Training Run 3.2

Today I did NOT have a run planned. However, I did NOT let that stop me!

After a rather disappointing shopping trip today I got the swift kick I needed to really amp up my workouts and healthy lifestyle.

I have gained approximately 30 pounds over the course of law school and two attempts at the Bar exam.

30 pounds which I hope to shed.

I do not have a particular timeline for doing such, but I will not give up!

3.15 miles in 40:00
