Here I am at week 5 of getting back into running and general fitness! :)
Monday, January 30th
- Scheduled = Rest day
- Done = 30 minutes jogging = 2.40 miles
Tuesday, January 31st
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = 35 minutes jog non-stop with no walking = 2.81 miles
Wednesday, February 1st
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = Nothing
Thursday, February 2nd
- Scheduled = 60 min cross training activity of my choice
- Done = 35 minutes jog non-stop with no walking = 2.85 miles
Friday, February 3rd
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = 30 minutes (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min walk) = 2.31 miles
Saturday, February 4th
- Scheduled = 60 min cross training activity of my choice
- Done = Nothing
Sunday, February 5th
- Scheduled = 40 min long "wog" (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk, 5 min jog)
- Done = Nothing
Total miles wogged = 10.37 miles
