Thursday (Oct 13) - 30 minutes stairmaster, 30 minutes biking, and 30 minutes elliptical - DONE!
Friday (Oct 14) - Run 1.50 miles - DONE!
Saturday (Oct 15) - Lap swim 1 mile and 100 yards - DONE!
Sunday (Oct 16) - Rest!
