Day 2 of 21 day fitness plan

Exercise
- 30 minutes elliptical trainer
- 30 minutes stair master
- 30 minutes bicycle

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 965
- Total consumed = 2116
- Total (2116-965) = 1151

Water

- 8 glasses (or more)

Notes
- Today I burned quite a few more calories at the gym and I only ate a little bit more in calories... Should keep this up!
