Fitness Train 100.3

Here we are at week 3 of getting back into running and general fitness :)

Monday, January 16th
- Scheduled = Rest day
- Done = Rest day


Tuesday, January 17th
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = Nothing

Wednesday, January 18th
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = 22 minute wog at the gym = 1.75 miles

Thursday, January 19th
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = 35 min wog (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min walk, 5 min jog) = 2.60 miles

Friday, January 20th
- Scheduled = 35 min "wog" (5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = Nothing

Saturday, January 21st
- Scheduled = 60 min cross training activity of my choice
- Done = 35 minute wog (15 min jog, 5 min walk, 10 min jog, 5 min walk) = 2.71 miles

Sunday, January 15th
- Scheduled = 35 min long "wog" (5 min walk, 15 min jog, 5 min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min walk)
- Done = Nothing :(

Total miles wogged = 7.06 miles
