Back on the fitness train [Week 2]

Monday (Oct 17) - Run 1.50 miles - DONE! 1.55 miles in 18 minutes!

Tuesday (Oct 18) - 30 minutes stairmaster, 30 minutes biking, and 30 minutes elliptical - DONE! 1.27 miles stairmaster, 2.27 miles elliptical, and 6.00 miles biking

Wednesday (Oct 19) - 30 minutes stairmaster, 30 minutes biking, and 30 minutes elliptical - DONE! 1.47 miles stairmaster, 2.29 miles elliptical, and 6.25 miles biking

Thursday (Oct 20) - Rest Day!

Friday (Oct 21) - Run 1.75 miles

Saturday (Oct 22) - Lap swim 1.25 mile

Sunday (Oct 23) - Run 1.75 miles

  1. Lap swimming ... still scares me! So far I just stick to water aerobics, but some day I really want to be brave and try to slip one whole lap!
