Day 1 of 21 day fitness plan

Exercise
- Strength training with weights
- 10 minutes abs
- 30 minutes bike
- 30 minutes stairmaster

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 638
- Total consumed = 2081
- Total (2081-638) = 1443

Water
- 8 glasses!

Notes
- Today was a good day. Probably went a little overboard with candy and sweets, but I still made it under my 1500 calorie goal!
