Half Marathon Training Run 3.13

Meh. The weather has been ping pongy with good and bad... today I went out to run and approx half a mile in to my run it started to just pour. Thankfully it wasn't too cold out so the rain wasn't awful, but it did put a slight damper on things. My legs were a bit stiff for some reason or another and I couldn't really keep a good pace, but I made it for the 3 miles and that was my goal, so I guess I can't complain!

Today's stats: 3.00 miles in 36:45

Weigh-in Wednesday #2 = 170 pounds (+1 pound from last week)
**Goal weight = 135 pounds
**Pounds to go = 35
