Half Marathon Training Run 3.14

This run was a little rough and my legs felt quite stiff, but I toughed it out! I did 2 miles at about a 12:05/mile pace and then I took a stretch break for my legs... Then I finished it with 2 more miles at around 11:45/mile pace. For the second half I was motivated to run faster because I just wanted to get the miles done!

Todays' statistics = 4.01 miles in 47:52
