Today was a quick 2 miler in preparation for tomorrow's long slow distance. I am hoping that tomorrow I can do 7 miles in approx 12:30-13:00 pace. My legs have been super tight lately and its been hard to really push hard and go any faster, so I figure if I can get the endurance in, that will be good!

**Also played in the swimming pool at my gym with my sister and 18 month old niece for close to an hour! Did the swimming before the running and I think that might have added to my leg soreness during the run... Just a thought though :)
