Exercise
- 30 minutes bike = 6.2 miles
- 30 minutes elliptical = 2.16 miles
- 10 minutes abs
- 5 minutes calisthenics
- 5 minutes rowing

- 2 for bike
- 1.5 for elliptical
- 1 for other exercises

TOTAL FOR DAY = 4.5
TOTAL FOR WEEK = 7 + 4.5 = 11.5

- Total consumed = 2062
- Total (2062-778) = 1284
