I am a worry-wart.
I worry all of the time about EVERYTHING.
Joe hates it.
I hate it too.
However, I cannot stop myself. I think it's just a trait that is integral to me. I blame my mom. She is a major worrier and I think she instilled worry in me.
I know that it is good that I care about things, but I guess sometimes I just care too much.
In times of stress and worry I like to turn to some of my favorite Bible verses to remind me that even though things seem rough right now, things will work out, and I really don't need to worry.
"Therefore I tell you, do not
be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink,
nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food,
and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they
neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father
feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by
being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?" - Matthew 6:25-27
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." - Matthew 6:34
There are so many more that I love and remind myself of frequently, but these are just a couple I wanted to share.

DeleteI have both of those written on my dry erase board because I worry all the time too. I want to get this so badly so I can wear it as a constant reminder but I haven't been able to justify the expense so far: http://sterlinggracejewelry.com/shopping/christian-occasion-prodigal-children/be-anxious-bangle--057093.html
