Day 10 of 21 day fitness plan (Round 2)

Exercise
- 60 minutes yoga
- 30 minutes jog/walk = 2.25 miles
- 30 minutes bike = 6.6 miles
- 5 minutes calisthenics
- 5 minutes abs

HBBC Points (for week 3 - Dec 3 - Dec 9)

- 3 for yoga
- 2.25 for wog
- 2 for bike
- 0.5 for remaining exercises

TOTAL FOR DAY = 7.75
TOTAL FOR WEEK = 19.5 + 7.75 = 27.25

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 807
- Total consumed = 2129
- Total (2129 - 807) = 1322

Water
- 8 glasses

Notes
- Woo hoo! Almost half way through my round 2! Hoping that this helps me to keep off the weight throughout the holiday season :)
