Day 9 of 21 day fitness plan (Round 2)

Exercise
- 50 minutes spinning = 7 miles
- 10 minutes rowing = 1444 meters
- 5 minutes abs
- 5 minutes calisthenics

HBBC Points (for week 3 - Dec 3 - Dec 9)

- 5 for spinning
- 1 for other exercises


TOTAL FOR DAY = 6

TOTAL FOR WEEK = 13.5 + 6 = 19.5

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 772
- Total consumed = 2234
- Total (2234 - 772) = 1462

Water
- 8 glasses

Notes
- Decided today that I like the gingerbread spice cliff bar best of all the holiday ones... then the pumpkin spice one, lastly the peppermint stick one (which is okay, but not that spectacular)
