- Was keeping track of calories part of the day... then it went off track. Luckily I did get in a good workout, so hopefully that compensates!

Sunday's STUFF - Day 7
Walked 20 minutes about 1 mile, maybe a bit more = 1 point for HBBC
Didn't count calories for the day, so I don't have an accurate tally for that... it was kind of an "off" day...
