Day 6 AND 7 of 21 day fitness plan (Round 2)

Saturday's STUFF - Day 6

Exercise
- 50 minutes spin class = 7.5 miles
- 20 minutes elliptical
- 10 minutes abs
- 10 minutes calisthenics

HBBC Points (for week 3 - Dec 3 - Dec 9)

- 5 for spin
- 1 for elliptical
- 1 abs and calisthenics

TOTAL FOR DAY
= 7
TOTAL FOR WEEK = 7

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 875

Water
- 8 glasses

Notes
- Was keeping track of calories part of the day... then it went off track. Luckily I did get in a good workout, so hopefully that compensates!


Bi-Weekly Weigh In = 164.4 pounds 

Sunday's STUFF - Day 7

Walked 20 minutes about 1 mile, maybe a bit more = 1 point for HBBC

Didn't count calories for the day, so I don't have an accurate tally for that... it was kind of an "off" day...
