Day 11 of 21 day fitness plan (Round 2)

Exercise
- Spin class 50 minutes
- 20 minutes stair master
- 5 minutes abs
- 5 minutes calisthenics

- 5 for spin
- 1 for stair master
- 0.5 for other exercises

TOTAL FOR DAY = 6.5

TOTAL FOR WEEK = 27.25 + 6.5 = 33.75

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 909
- Total consumed = 2160
- Total (2160 - 909) = 1251

Water
- 8 glasses
