Day 8 of 21 day fitness plan (Round 2)

Exercise
- 30 minutes biking = 6.5 miles
- 30 minutes elliptical = 2.10 miles
- 25 minutes stairmaster = 1.40 miles
- 15 minutes abs, yoga, calisthenics

HBBC Points (for week 3 - Dec 3 - Dec 9)

- 2 for biking
- 3.5 for other exercises


TOTAL FOR DAY = 5.5

TOTAL FOR WEEK = 8 + 5.5 = 13.5

Calories
- Total expended from exercise = 1000
- Total consumed = 2357
- Total (2357 - 1000) = 1357 

Water
- 8 glasses

Notes
- Wahoo! Even though I did have a high calorie intake today, my exercise made up for it and I was still under my 1500 calorie goal overall :)
