Half Marathon Training Run 3.17

Today's run was a bit rough again... I don't know what it is, but I feel like I've been in a bit of a slump the last couple of runs. I did 2 miles, took a brief stretch break, then did the other 2 miles. Afterward I did some core work and some weight training. Tomorrow is another 4 mile run on the schedule so I am hoping it goes better!

Todays stats: 4.00 miles in 49:04

  1. I put in four today. Mine went slow, but smooth. But some days--it's a struggle just to lace the shoes.

    I think that's the real race, Jenna. The day-to-day road time.

    The actual crowd and clock day, that's just a big fat finish line.
