Half Marathon Training Run 3.18

Today I had scheduled 4 miles, but I couldn't quite do it. I almost didn't run at all. I did 0.25 running, 0.25 walking, 0.25 running, 0.25 walking, 0.25 running, 0.25 walking, 0.25 running, 0.25 walking. I tried to up the pace on my running portions and was averaging a 10:30-11:20 pace on each one, which if you have been noticing my training is quite a bit faster than I normally run. If I keep on track for the week I should still be able to put in 20 miles this week.

Todays' stats: 2.00 miles in 26:40
